Послеродовая депрессия: вопросы диагностики и дестигматизации

Резюме

Послеродовая депрессия (ПРД) — одно из наиболее распространенных психических расстройств, которым страдают, по данным мировой статистики, около 17% женщин. Данное заболевание является серьезной медико-социальной проблемой, оказывая негативное влияние как на психофизиологическое здоровье матери, так и на когнитивное и эмоциональное развитие новорожденного ребенка. Актуальность вопроса определяется сохраняющимся разрывом между доказательными методами диагностики и реальным охватом женщин помощью. Ключевым фактором выступает комплекс многоуровневых барьеров, среди которых выделяется стигматизация, заставляющая женщин скрывать симптомы и отказываться от обращения за помощью. Цель обзора — систематизация современных зарубежных научных данных, посвященных анализу ключевых препятствий на пути диагностики ПРД и оценке эффективных стратегий их преодоления. Поиск литературы осуществлялся в научных базах данных PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect и Web of Science и охватывал период с 2016 по 2025 г. Подчеркивается, что борьба со стигмой — важное условие для улучшения здоровья миллионов матерей и их семей. Междисциплинарный подход в условиях дестигматизированной среды позволит обеспечить раннее выявление, комплексную оценку рисков и своевременное вмешательство для улучшения результатов.
