Abstract:

The author’s definition and topographic classification of pelvic pain are presented in the article, the criteria of the previously proposed term «chronic pelvic tension pain» are refined. Problems of diagnosis of orthopedic pelvic pathology in the neurological practice are demonstrated, a characteristic-report is analyzed, and localization of pain patterns is ranked. Recommendations for drug (NSAIDs) and non-drug (manual therapy) for treating patients with these pathologies are given.
