
Нарушения сна у женщин: особенности диагностики и лечения

Резюме
В статье представлены данные об эпидемиологии, патофизиологии и клинических особенностях нарушений сна у женщин. Рассмотрены гендерные различия структуры сна и циркадианных ритмов, а также влияние репродуктивных этапов (менструальный цикл, беременность, менопауза) на возникновение и течение таких расстройств, как инсомния, синдром беспокойных ног, храп и обструктивное апноэ во сне, гиперсомнии и парасомнии. Особое внимание уделено диагностическим и лечебным воздействиям с учетом физиологических изменений в разные периоды жизни женщины, включая беременность и лактацию. Подчеркивается необходимость персонализированного подхода и междисциплинарного взаимодействия для своевременной диагностики и эффективной терапии.
