Abstract:

The authors summarize modern data on epidemiology, pathogenesis, drug and non-drug treatment and prevention of progression of chemo-induced polyneuropathy. Effectiveness of isolated and combined treatment methods are considered, and information about modern preclinical and clinical studies is provided.
