Abstract:

The paper shows the application of a combined approach during surgical delivery in two patients with placenta accreta at the site of a scar after myomectomy, which includes the intraoperative use of two independent Zhukovsky vaginal and uterine balloon catheters, bilateral uterine vessel ligation, application of a supraplacental serous-muscular hemostatic suture, metroplasty, which permits organ-sparing surgery for true placenta accreta.
