MATERIAL AND METHODS

12 hematologic malignancies’s patients with different oral disorders were treated since 2019 to 2022. Among them 8 women and 4 men. Middle age was 40 years old.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Data analysis demonstrates that 7 (58%) from 12 of our patients had different severity complications in early post operative period.

CONCLUSIONS

Remission period is the most opportune for surgical dental treatment for patients with hematologic malignancies. 5(71%) from 7 of our patiens with acute leukosis had haemorrhagic and infectious complications. Anticoagulant therapy has be interrupted in surgical treatment moment for opportunity expansive soft tissue hematomas decrease.
