The existing standards in the rules of clinical recommendations for selection and annual routine evaluation by the dentist for persons working under the conditions of increased or lowered pressure of surrounding gas and water, zero gravity, overloads and influence of other extreme factors, provide single 2D-radial visualization as X-ray inspection and consequently — threat of the admission to work people with the latent forms of craniofacial diseases and the disturbance of principles of oncological vigilance or high threats personnel’s labor protection, or radiation safety, owing to lack of adaptation in law rules to hi-tech devices of medical contemporary diagnostics. The article suggests tailoring clinical recommendations (protocols of treatment) for the preliminary and annual medical evaluation on professional suitability of high threats personnel under the initiative of the employer with replacing the series of 2D radial visualizations for various craniofacial sites with single 3D cone-beam computer tomography skull shot.
