The purpose of the study: to assess the prospects for the implementation of reproductive function in patients with impaired sex formation, both independently and with the help of assisted reproductive technologies. Study Design: Literature review and results of clinical studies, systematic reviews and meta-analyses based on data from scientific databases over the past 5 years, such as: Embase, PubMed and Google Scholar. About 50 scientific studies were found, 20 of which were taken as the basis of scientific work. Key words that were used: «disorder of sex formation, gonadal dysgenesis, fertility, fertility preservation, diagnosis of NPD, Swyer syndrome, Shershevsky-Turner syndrome». Despite the modern possibilities of assisted reproductive technologies, the implementation of reproductive function in patients with impaired sex formation remains a pressing issue. It is important to correctly conduct a diagnostic search, which will first of all include an accurate determination of the karyotype, since patients with a mosaic karyotype have a chance of spontaneous spontaneous pregnancy due to the remaining pool of follicles. A multidisciplinary approach is required, which will include not only the achievement of fertility, but also pregnancy with a favorable outcome. This article analyzes the scientific literature and the results of clinical trials. The methods of diagnostics, variants of pregnancy and their outcomes are considered.
