Objective — to determine the frequency of deviations occurrence of the indicators in the semen analysis and in additional analyses of the semen of men from infertile couples, to characterize the relationship of the revealed violations. Material and methods. We conducted a complex semen analysis of men from infertile couples (n=237), the average age of men is 34.4±0.5 years, of women is 32.6±0.4 years, the average time of infertility is 4.7±0.3 years. A complex semen analysis included semen analysis, assessment of sperm morphology according to strict criteria of Kruger, MAR-test, HBA-test (maturity index of sperm), sperm DNA fragmentation. Results. For studied group normal parameters of ejaculate were recorded for 4.6% of men. It should be noted that in main cases multiple violations of parameters of the ejaculate significantly predominated over individual as 77.7% vs 17.7% respectively. Complex analysis of the severity of the spermatogenic disorder showed that increase in the number of violations increases their degree of severity. Conclusions. Applying multidimensional approach probability of normozoospermia identification is less than 5%. We noted that multiple violations prevalent above single impairment and normal parameters, the most frequent cases are violations in 2 or 3 parameters of the ejaculate, which is more than 45% of all cases. Among men with abnormalities in parameters of the ejaculate, the most frequent ones are asthenozoospermia and the presence of DNA fragmentation of sperm, less frequent are teratozoospermia and reducing HBA-test, then increase the MAR-test and changes a fluid part of semen; occurrence of other types of violations is 5% or less. The severity of disorders of spermatogenesis increases with the number of violations parameters of the ejaculate.
