Abstract:

Objective — to study possible ways to correction of menopausal disorders at women with contradication to HRT. Material and methods. For the treatment of menopausal syndrome the atypical antipsychotic has been applied. Results. In our study, for the COP and the dynamics of symptoms was assessed using the modified menopausal index — Kupperman index. Conclusion. Atypical antipsychotic-prosulpin can used as an alternative therapy for women of the COP and the presence of contraindication to HRT.
