Abstract:

Analysis of two clinical cases of patients with different surgical treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and subsequent in vitro fertilization outcome was performed. The significance of personified approach, the depth of excised tissue and the interval from the procedure to IVF start was demonstrated. The algorithm of treatment for patients with HPV-associated diseases requiring IVF is needed to develop.
