Objective — to develop tactics of management of women with history of missed abortion with the help of psychological rehabilitation. Material and methods. We examined and treated 164 pregnant women with a history of missed abortion, which are divided into three groups. To the main group assigned by 53 (42.8%) women with a history of missed abortion who underwent gynecological psychosomatic rehabilitation, the comparison group — 71 (57.2%) women with a history of missed abortion, which were not carried out rehabilitation activities, control group consisted of 40 women with normal pregnancy. Results. Among the pregnant women from main group toxicosis was found in 6 (11.3%) cases, while in the control group — 11 (15.5%) cases, which is significantly higher than in the group of healthy women — 2 (5%). Threatened miscarriage had 18 (34%) women from main group, 36 (50.7%) from the comparison group and 8 (20%) from the control group. The 4 (7.5%) patients of main group showed chronic fetal hypoxia, in the comparison group — 9 (12.6%) patients, in the control group — 1 (2.5%) patient. 5 (9.4%) pregnants from the main group and 8 (11.2%) women from comparison group had foetus growth retardation, while in the control group this complication did not occur. Among the 12 (22.7%) women from the main group, 24 (33.8%) women from the comparison group and 2 (8%) women in the control group hypogalactia was observed at the postpartum period. Conclusion. Thus, pregnancy disorders should be considered as a special area of psychology and psychosomatic medicine, which require special methods of work.
