Objective — to study the impact that polycomponent biologically active food supplement Androdoz on sperm parameters of men with idiopathic infertility Materials and methods. Mullticenter randomized clinical trial. Results. All groups received “Androdoz” had sperm concentration increase from 11.7 to 28.7 mln/ml. Most marked changes in fraction value of spermatozoon of A+B categories (from 31 to 56.9%) and fraction of spermatozoon with normal morphology (from 9.5 to 33.3%) were obtained in the main treatment group of patients taking Androdoz. After treatment course the statistically important increase in total ejaculate from 2.4 to 4.4 ml was identified. The highest increment was observed in the main treatment group of patients taking Androdoz. Treatment effect retained for three months after termination of medication. Comparative analysis of treating patients with idiopathic form of pathospermia revealed the increase in number of vital and morphologically normal sperms suitable for the use in IVF/ICSI program — i.e., in 56.7% of cases. Value of spermatozoon criotolerance parameters during preparation of ART donors (IVF/ICSI) made it possible to reach their increase with 29.9% of patients.
