The increase in the number and efficacy of antitumor therapy drugs is accompanied by the need for maintaining treatment. With an increase in the risk of adverse events, such as hepatotoxicity, hepatotropic drugs play a special role in the treatment of patients with malignant neoplasms. The presented clinical case demonstrates the efficiency of maintaining therapy with the drug Remaxol to reduce the frequency of adverse events when using brentuximab vedotin treatment regimens. Thus, the administration of remaxol at the initial stage of therapy can prevent the aggravation of clinical presentations and make it possible to continue the treatment using an effective antitumor regimen.
