Abstract:

The paper describes a clinical case of cholangiocellular liver cancer involving the hepatic veins and the inferior vena cava. The use of two high-tech procedures, such as endovascular chemoembolization and extended extracorporeal liver resection with inferior vena cava with resection and plastic surgery, could perform R0 resection, which offers hope for a favorable prognosis in terms of long-term results.
