Abstract:

The paper presents a clinical case of proximal humerus resection with endoprosthetic replacement of the shoulder joint in a female patient receiving immunosuppressive therapy. It describes surgical techniques. Complications of both endoprosthetic replacement itself and immunosuppressive therapy are considered. Treatment in the postoperative period and a follow-up are indicated.
