Abstract:

Carcinogenesis considers in the aspect of the dysregulation of epigenetic mechanisms, the vesicular transport performing horizontal transmission of information between the cells, and the functional plasticity and duality of the immune system in carcinogenesis. Analysis of the relationships of the immune system to a tumor involves the data inconsistent with the concept on the supervisory function of the immune system in carcinogenesis, as well as the specific features of the tumor microenvironment.
