Wegener’s granulomatosis (malignant granuloma, rhinogenous granuloma, etc.) is a systemic hyperergic panangiitis with concomitant development of necrotizing granulomas in the tissues. It is a rare disease. We describe a rare case, where the disease was localized on the gingival mucosa of the upper and lower jaws in the form of a «strawberry gingivitis» and on the face of a young female. The primary lesions of the oral mucosa in the form of gingivitis is a unique rare manifestation of Wegener’s granulomatosis.
