Abstract:

The authors present stenting of infrarenal aortic aneurysm followed by subsequent infection, aorto-duodenal fistula and sepsis. Due to infection, aortic bifurcation endograft was removed, the affected aorta was replaced with autovenous bifurcation prosthesis from superficial femoral veins. This clinical case had a positive outcome. We described treatment strategy for these complications adopted in our department.
