A new device for forming of the proximal part of vascular graft for the aortic root reconstruction in patients with ascending aorta aneurysm and bundle were proposed. Intraoperatively the device allows to measure the size of the fibrous ring of the aortic valve accurately and conveniently. Also it lets to form the proximal part of vascular graft with necessary diameter for aortic root reconstruction in different modifications. Realization of valve-preserving operations by using of new device is safely and conveniently. The function of aortic root and aortic valve is satisfactory in long-term period.
