This article was designed to report a case of successful treatment of the great saphenous vein in a patient presenting with the atypical variant of saphenofemoral junction, with the great saphenous vein connected to the common femoral vein at the lateral side across superficial femoral artery. The patient underwent the endovenous laser treatment at a wavelength of 1470 nm with the use of a two-ring radial waveguide. A perfect technical result was achieved
