The publication presented data surgical treatment conducted in 2012—2014 years in 67 patients aged from 35 to 62 years. All patients underwent laparoscopic herniaplastic. Along with the intervention of hernia removal for all patients took disposal concomitant abdominal cavity diseases: colotomy as a result of peritoneal comissura — in 28 (41.8%) patients, cholecystectomy  — in 34 (50.7%), hysterectomy — in 5 (7,5%). It was found that the incidence of wound complications (bleeding, seroma) in laparoscopic herniaplastic was 10.4%. Mortality in this group of patients was not. Operational interventions with using endovideosurgical technologies are effective, pathogenetically justified, provides a comfortable postoperative period and the possibility of early rehabilitation.
