Abstract:

Demand for the development of preventive measures for excessive connective tissue formation is of particular significance in surgical gynecology due to postoperative peritoneal adhesions. Drug-induced regulation of calcium metabolism modulates functional status of fibroblasts that reflects on the rates of connective tissue synthesis. Intraoperative intraperitoneal verapamil introduction is an effective and safe method to improve reproductive potential of women.
