OBJECTIVE

To develop a modern national automated information system for intelligent decision-making support in anesthesiology and intensive care.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

Original core of technical architecture was created using the 1C configuration, own original codes, the open source PostgreSQL database management system (DBMS) and the Big Data tool (by including the Apache Kafka distributed message broker in development architecture).

RESULTS

In 2023, a certificate of state registration of a computer program with title SIP RNCS AR—INFO dated November 15, 2023 No. 2023684446 was received. In 2024, release 1.0 of SIP RNCS AR—INFO was created to replace the current but exhausting resource electronic anesthesia record. This program has been put into pilot operation. Registration in the Register of Domestic Software of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation is being prepared.

CONCLUSION

The intelligent decision-making support system for ICUs of the Petrovsky National Research Center of Surgery is a completely original domestic development without analogues in technical capabilities, primarily in integration with Russian and foreign systems.
