
Эволюция хирургического лечения двустороннего паралича гортани

Резюме
В представленной статье рассматривается комплекс вопросов, связанных с двусторонним параличом гортани (ДПГ), основное внимание уделено методам хирургического лечения. По данным литературы, отмечается значительный прогресс в лечении ДПГ, начиная от открытых операций с наложением трахеостомы до малоинвазивных методов современной хирургии гортани с использованием лазерных технологий и эндоскопии. Приведены результаты хирургического лечения более 50 пациентов, освещены его преимущества и недостатки. Обзор подчеркивает важность дальнейшего научного исследования и разработки инновационных методов восстановления иннервации гортани, направленных на повышение эффективности лечения и улучшение качества жизни больных с ДПГ.
