OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
To determine the health status of adolescent girls who terminated pregnancy at a late date by means of noninvasive and sparing the psyche diagnostic methods.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
A total of 105 adolescent girls with late date abortion (13—21 weeks) were followed up. A control group consisted of 75 unintercourse adolescent girls. In addition to clinical noninvasive diagnostic methods we used the Auricular Computerized Cartography (ACC) and Auricular Computerized Dermography (ACD) methods. The obtained data were presented as a single complex.
RESULTS
A year after termination of pregnancy, the health status of adolescent girls was found to worsen. There was a significant increase in the incidence of extragenital diseases (pyelonephritis, gastroenteritis, anemia, chronic recurrent obstructive bronchitis, otitis) and gynecological pathology (menstrual disorders, opsomenorrhea). The predominance of parasympathetic nervous system function was established. The detailed analysis of the results of mathematical processing of the received data tables, diagrams and auriculograms was applied for giving the medical conclusion. Taking into account the common (simultaneous) method of ACP and ACD we determined the functional state of the vegetative nervous system.
CONCLUSION
The high incidence of physical and reproductive health disorders in the adolescent girl group after termination of pregnancy determines the need for a complete specialized obstetric and gynecological service providing preventive and medical care to adolescent girls before puberty. For a more sparing and rapid method of examination, especially in children, it is advisable to apply the method of auricular computer mapping and computer dermography using a mobile measuring complex.
