Objective — to assess treatment outcomes of patients with acute inflammations in pelvic organs with the use of a customary and advanced complexes, involving early use of laser-magnetic vaginal therapy, color rhythm therapy, and ultrasonic cavitation of the uterine cavity. Material and methods. According to standards, 62 patients with acute episodes of uncomplicated inflammatory diseases of pelvic organs were examined. All the patients (37 patients in the treatment group and 25 patients in the reference group) received medical antiinflammatory therapy on an inpatient basis in accordance with the Executive Order No. 572n of the Ministry of Health of the Russia. Patients in the treatment group, starting on the second day, received vaginal laser-magnetic therapy in combination with color rhythm exposure to green spectrum on a visual analyzer using a KAP-ELM-01 AndroGin apparatus. During the 5—7th days of the next menstrual cycle, ultrasonic cavitation of the uterine cavity was carried out on an outpatient basis on a FOTEK AK-101 apparatus, totally five procedures with solutions of longidaza, derinat, and imunofan. The intensity of pain syndrome, psychoemotional personality profile, infectious status, Doppler characteristics of blood flow in uterine and ovarian arteries, morphological and immunohistochemical state of endometrium, as well as occurrence frequency of pregnancy and recurrences after the complex therapy were estimated for all patients. Results. It has been determined that early use of a combined influence of preformed and pharmaceutical factors in the acute period of disease has sufficiently reduced the intensity of pain syndrome, improved emotional and mental status of patients, had curing effect, promoted recovery of peripheral blood flow, and morphofunctional state of endometrium. Conclusion. Step-wise treatment of acute inflammation of internal genital organs involving early use of a complex of laser-magnetic therapy, color rhythm therapy, and ultrasonic cavitation of the uterine cavity positively impacts the functional state of the CNS, improves trophicity of internal genital organs, thus promoting the reduction of adhesion development, the decrease in recurrence rate by a factor of 4.4, and the increase in frequency rate of pregnancy with positive outcomes by a factor of 2.
