The regulatory legal acts at the federal level in force in the Russian Federation, which regulate the process of health protection at enterprises, as well as methodological recommendations and GOSTs, along with local legal acts, form a comprehensive administrative, legislative, and methodological framework. However, the requirements and recommendations for protecting workers’ health, with all their details, do not form a single sequence of specific actions necessary to achieve a measurable health improvement.
OBJECTIVE
To draw attention to the advantages of a single integrated approach to the formation of a corporate health protection system based on the process method.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
The regulatory legal documents of the Russian Federation, which regulate the development and implementation of corporate health promotion and disease prevention programs in the fields of public health, healthcare, and preventive medicine (federal state professional standards), as well as relevant Russian and international publications, were reviewed.
RESULTS
An overview of Russian and international approaches to the development and implementation of corporate health promotion and disease prevention programs is presented.
CONCLUSION
Based on regulatory legal acts and GOSTs, it is recommended that enterprises establish a corporate health protection management system for their employees, thereby contributing to the development of a work program for health protection with measurable results. As a result, it will lead to the achievement of the goals set for creating a health-saving environment at the enterprise, providing economic and social benefits to both employees and employers, as well as to the entire state.
