In continuation of previously published articles (“Profilakticheskaya Meditsina” (Preventive Medicine) vol. 17(4), 2014; vol. 18(5), 2015) this publication presents the actual results of the work of health centers in Russia in 2015. The number of citizen who visited health centers during this period amounted to 4 739 487 people (40 000 people more than in 2014). This increase occurred mainly at the expense of the children and adolescents examined in children’s health centers (1 268 847 and 1 304 577children in 2014 and 2015, respectively). The burden of risk factors for non-communicable diseases remained high among those who had their first visits to the health centers (81.1% of adults, 66.5% of children). At the same time, the frequency of repeated visits remains relatively low (22.7 percent), which indirectly indicates insufficient use of health centers` opportunity for risk factors correction. In the health centers, there are health schools that, in addition to individual prevention counseling for adults and children (86.2 and 82.3%, respectively), provide group prevention counseling. About 1 million people were trained at health schools in 2015.
