Abstract:

ABSTRACT Objective — to reduce the risk of recurrence of ovarian endometriosis in women of reproductive age. Material and methods. 147 patients of reproductive age with ovarian endometriosis were included in the study. Histological and immunohistochemical methods of investigation were used and 78 and 35 observations of ovarian endometriosis, respectively, and 8 observations of adenocarcinoma were studied. Antibodies to Ki-67, Bcl-2, p53, nuclear factor of hepatocytes-1beta (HNF-1β) were used. 90 patients were included in the prospective study.
