Objective. To assess the perinatal outcomes of children born after usage of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Material and methods. Outcomes of childbirths (1678) after ART, which amounted 4.53% of all deliveries, for the period from 2009 to 2013 in the Center of Family Planning and Reproduction (CFP&R), Moscow, were studied. Results. 2182 children were born, 8 children (4.68%) have died. The multiple pregnancy happend 15 times and premature deliveries - more than than 3 times more likely after ART compared to spontaneous pregnancy. Perinatal outcomes did not differ significantly from those obtained in 2004-2008. The main reasons for the increased perinatal morbidity and mortality are high incidence of multiple pregnancy and preterm delivery. The rate of take home babies was 81.3% in the previous five years and 73.3% this year. Conclusion. The way to improve the perinatal outcomes are to reduce the number of embryos transferred (SET), use of IVF in natural cycle, preconceptional preparation.
