Objective. To study the free radical lipids oxidation in the testes of adult posterity of female rats with experimental chronic liver injury of various genesis. Material and methods. The object of the study was sexually mature (70-day ) posterity of female rats with experimental injury of the hepatobiliary system. The control group consisted of intact rats. Results. The animals from alcohol group are characterized by increased levels of the primary, secondary and final molecular products of lipid peroxidation in seminal fluid. The animals from autoimmune and drug groups had decreased levels of primary, secondary and the end products of heptane phase and increase of the content of molecular products of lipid peroxidation isopropanol phase. Conclusion. The of fetal development disorders as a result of chronic liver injury leads to increased free radical oxidation in the testes of sexually mature posterity. The correlation between the level of free radical activity, sperm concentration and motility was identified.
