OBJECTIVE

The aim of the study is to register intraventricular blood flows in the cavities of the heart and their relationship with the myocardium and valvular apparatus in a healthy person.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

The study included 62 healthy volunteers with no concomitant pathology, average age 41±6 years (23—47 years), who underwent transthoracic echocardiography.

RESULTS

The main anatomical and hemodynamic parameters in healthy volunteers were evaluated. The cardiac cycle is accompanied by a fairly close relationship between the myocardium and the flows. The flow rates in the LV are formed according to the cardiac cycle, and this is directly related to the myocardium and the volumes of the heart cavities

CONCLUSIONS

The study of blood flows in the cavities of the heart provides a deeper understanding of physical phenomena in hemodynamics and myocardial function, which is important primarily for the diagnosis and development of new surgical technologies for reconstructive operations on the heart and blood vessels.
