Polyneoplasms require a multimodal approach with combined treatment performed by chemotherapists together with radiation therapists. The incidence of bilateral testicular cancer is 1—4% of that in the total cohort of these patients. Metachronous and synchronous testicular cancers are detected in 3% and 0.5—1% of cases, respectively. The standard treatment for patients with testicular cancer is surgical treatment as orchfuniculectomy. The paper describes a clinical case of synchronous testicular polyneoplasms. A 35-year-old patient underwent surgical treatment (orchfuniculectomy) and 3 polychemotherapy cycles by the BEC (bleomycin, etoposide, carboplatin) regimen for embryonal carcinoma of the right and left testicles at the P.A. Herzen Moscow Oncology Research Institute. A control examination revealed no recurrence after 26 months.
