Abstract:

The authors present a project approach to effective resource management system in a hospital. Its integration into the process model of a hospital certified according to ISO 9001:2015 is shown. The main stages of development and implementation of the project are characterized. The purpose of this study was to analyze the practice of a project approach to effective resource management system in a federal hospital. The authors demonstrated own experience in project implementation. This practice can be applied in other hospitals and scientific centers.
