BACKGROUND

Eruptive syringoma is a benign skin neoplasm, interesting due to its rarity and lack of effective treatment methods. Despite numerous reports on syringoma cases, its pathophysiology is poorly understood and treatment remains a serious problem.

OBJECTIVE

To demonstrate a rare clinical case of eruptive syringoma in a 26-year-old young woman without a pronounced pathological medical history, who came with complaints of painless, non-itchy maculopapular rash on the abdominal skin. The pathological process is represented by monomorphous papular rash on the abdominal skin in the clinical examination. Thin reticular brown lines on a light brown background have been revealed in the dermatoscopy, unlike the results usually observed in lichen ruber planus. Differential diagnostics was performed with diagnoses: Mastocytosis? Darier’s disease of? Devergie’s disease? Lichen ruber planus? Punch biopsy of the abdominal skin was done.

CONCLUSION

The presented clinical case is of interest in terms of differential diagnosis with other dermatoses. This clinical case and review provides the basis for future studies in the field of dermatology. Precise diagnosis of eruptive syringoma can be established after a histopathological examination, as it includes various signs, and specifically «tadpole» comma-shaped tail, consisting of enlarged cystic eccrine ducts.
