The problem of detection, diagnostics, and treatment of neurosyphilis in the patients of psychiatric clinics is considered and illustrated by concrete examples. The authors emphasize the necessity of liquorological studies for the establishment of definitive diagnosis of neurosyphilis in the seropositive patients presenting with psychic disorders.
