Abstract:

Right atrial diverticulum is a rare congenital anomaly. Clinical manifestations vary from asymptomatic course to life-threatening arrhythmias and thromboembolism. Optimal management is controversial. The authors present successful resection of the right atrial diverticulum in a nine-year-old female under cardiopulmonary bypass.
