Abstract:

Aim - to present an experience of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with left main coronary artery stenosis and equivalent lesion of left main coronary artery in the Department of Cardiac Surgery of the Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University for the period 2007-2015. Material and methods. We performed 103 off-pump interventions in patients with left main coronary artery stenosis. Indications for off-pump myocardial revascularization in patients with left main coronary artery stenosis, surgical technique, intraoperative and postoperative complications were described. Results. Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with left main coronary artery stenosis is successfully reproducible technique with good early outcomes.
