В работе описаны варианты клинического течения постхолецистэктомического синдрома у 78 пациентов в возрасте от 37 до 65 лет. Симптомы развились в ранние (до 5 лет) и поздние (после 5 лет) сроки после традиционной лапароскопической холецистэктомии. Выяснена распространенность синдрома в разных возрастных группах. В клинической картине раннего постхолецистэктомического синдрома преобладают жалобы на боль в правом подреберье ноющего характера, желтушность кожи и слизистых оболочек. При позднем постхолецистэктомическом синдроме жалобы преимущественно на боль в эпигастрии тупого характера.
