The postoperative pain syndrome values and overall health in patients after cholecystectomy via three different approaches have been analysed. The length of research accounts for 12 months (from March 2011 to March 2012). 140 patients were under supervision, of which 55 underwent traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 49 - single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 36 - cholecystectomy through mini-access. The postoperative course was evaluated according to the scoring system, designed by the authors. Regarding to pain syndrome values and overall health, postoperative period (2nd and 3rd days) after single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy proceeded more favorable. Single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy was concluded to be accompanied by favorable postoperative period. After single-port cholecystectomy overall health and pain syndrome values improve a day earlier in comparison with cholecystectomy through other approaches.
