This innovation reduces the need for the number of nurses, optimizes their work and eliminates the need for phone calls or voice calls, which improves patient orientation — the interaction is perceived by patients as intuitively coordinated. The novelty of the solution lies in the simplicity and efficiency of the system, which increases productivity, reduces costs and improves the service atmosphere. Significant results were an increase in the capacity of the polyclinic by 8%, an increase in patient satisfaction by 14%, and a decrease in employee stress by 8%.
