Резюме / Abstract:

Центральные слуховые расстройства (ЦСР) — это нарушение обработки звуковых стимулов, включая речь, выше улитковых ядер ствола головного мозга, что преимущественно проявляется трудностями в распознавании речи, в особенности в условиях шумной обстановки. У детей с этой патологией чаще возникают проблемы с поведением, нарушения слухоречевого, языкового и когнитивного развития и особенно сложности с обучением в школе.

ЦЕЛЬ ОБЗОРА

Выполнить анализ данных литературы, посвященной эпидемиологии центральных слуховых расстройств у детей школьного возраста.

МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ

В результате первичного поиска в базах данных (PubMed, ClinicalTrials, SCOPUS, ResearchGate, eLibrary, CyberLeninka) по ключевым словам найдено 328 статей, после первичного, а далее детального анализа в обзор включено описание 9 исследований.

РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ

Распространенность ЦСР у детей школьного возраста варьирует от 0,2% до 43,3% (медиана 8,6±14,6%) в зависимости от применяемых методов исследования и критериев установления диагноза. В качестве методов диагностики чаще всего применяются усложненные варианты речевой аудиометрии (разборчивость речи в шуме, низкоизбыточные, дихотические тесты) и неречевые тесты, оценивающие частотную и временную разрешающую способность.

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ

В дальнейшем необходимо проведение популяционных исследований эпидемиологии центральных слуховых расстройств среди российских школьников с применением стандартизированного диагностического протокола и с достаточным объемом выборки.
