Abstract:

The 75-year history of the creation and organization of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology in the Chelyabinsk Medical Institute (now the South Ural State Medical University) is described in the article. The fascinating path of the formation of the department is setted out consistently from the first days of its creation. The achievements of the department staff are represented at all stages of its organization.
