Abstract:

The article proposes methods of modeling the activities of medical organizations to improve the quality of dental care using dental implants based on risk-based approach. The method allows optimizing the system of internal quality control and safety of medical activities and to form a risk management plan. The main types of risks in the work of dentists-surgeons and orthopedic dentists were systematized and generalized by means of the analysis of judicial practice in dentistry for 2013—2017. The results may be used in the development of preventive measures and building a system of quality control for dental care using dental implants.
