The paper provides for practitioners an update on the epidemiology, etiology, and medical treatments of different forms of female urinary incontinence. It also shows one of the effective treatment options for different forms of urinary incontinence, which involves the isolated biological feedback training of pelvic floor muscles, which aimed at enhancing muscle tone and at developing a strong reflex contraction in response to the sudden increase of intra-abdominal pressure.
