The purpose of the study is to assess the long-term results of treatment of patients with discoloration of hard dental tissues after eruption, based on an analysis of hygienic index. Material and methods. In our study, patients with discoloration of hard dental tissues after eruption were examined and treated: in Group I (n=10) — using lumineers from keranite ceramics «Lumineers by Cerinate» (USA), in Group II (n=10) — using modified lumineers from lithium disilicate «IPS e.max Press» (Liechtenstein), in group III (n=20) — using composite veneers «IPS impress direct» (Liechtenstein). The results of the study. When analyzing by groups, it was found that if before treatment in 22 cases (55%) the level of hygiene was treated as good, and in 18 cases (45%) as satisfactory, in groups I and II it was 1.0 (0.67; 1, 34), and in group III — 1.16 (0.67; 1.34), after the treatment, all patients considered the level of hygiene as good, amounting to 0.37 in group I (0.20; 0.67), in group II 0.37 (0.15; 0.60), in group III 0.37 (0; 0.67). Thus, using lumineers as a means of correcting the discoloration of teeth, in the case of adequate oral hygiene, allows the therapeutic effect to be maintained for several years without causing the development of hypersensitivity and other side effects.
