The prosthesis of a patient using dental implants is a complex of orthopedic treatment, the success of which depends on many factors. Complications can be associated with medical errors made in all phases of dental care. The aim of the study is to increase the efficiency of dental and orthopedic care in prosthetics on dental implants. Material and methods. The study included 82 patients (68 women and 14 men) who submitted complaints to the SCC in the period from 2013 to 2016. Data of patients was set to 532 of the screw dental implant: in the upper jaw 268 of the implant in the lower jaw 264 of the implants. Patients complained of various stages of treatment using dental implants. In the period from 2013 to 2016, 82 cases filed 169 complaints, the most frequent of which were loose at the closing of dentition — 43 (25,44%) complaints zatrudnienie chewing — 31 (18,34%) complaints and aesthetic disorders — 14 (8,28%) of complaints, while patients showed more than one complaint on average 2 per case. Conclusions. Patients with complaints after prosthetic treatment on dental implants make up a small part of the total number of patients 82 (9,64%) of the 850 who applied for a consolidation group in the period from 2013 to 2016.
