A case report of dentin dysplasia is presented. This condition results from abnormal formation of dentin during intrauterine development and is most frequently characterized by the absence of root canal and pulp chamber. The pathology has no visible clinical manifestations because both the shape and the colour of the teeth remain unaltered.
