Pathology of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses (PNS) ranks first among all cases of hospitalization in an otorhinolaryngological hospital. Diagnosis and treatment of non-malignant nasal cavity masses and PNSs often require cancer vigilance and an interdisciplinary approach, timely computed tomography of the PNS and endoscopic examination of the nasal cavity, if necessary, biopsy. The article presents a clinical observation of the development of piocele agger nasi in a 20-year-old patient with complaints of difficulty in nasal breathing. The importance of an interdisciplinary approach to the differential diagnosis of nasal neoplasms and SNP was demonstrated, as well as the possibility of using endonasal rhinosurgery in the diagnosis and treatment of nasal neoplasms.
